Refund Policy

Open Page Co. sells digital downloads. Because you receive the file instantly after payment, all sales are final and we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, accidental purchase, or because the product was not what you expected.

If something is wrong with your file
If your download link didn’t arrive, the file won’t open, or it’s corrupted, email yusefhaj949@gmail.com with your order number within 30 days. We’ll resend or fix the file within 24–48 hours. If we can’t resolve the problem, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Duplicate orders
If you accidentally bought the same product twice, contact us within 7 days and we’ll refund the duplicate.

Personal use license
Files are for your personal use only. Reselling, sharing or redistributing them is not permitted and voids any refund eligibility.
